اجتمع وزير الشؤون الخارجية الجزائري أحمد عطاف مع نظيره الموريتاني محمد سالم ولد مرزوك، مساء اليوم السبت في العاصمة المصرية القاهرة على هامش فعاليات الدورة الثانية لمنتدى الشراكة الإفريقية الروسية على المستوى الوزاري وناقش الوزيران خلال هذا اللقاء علاقات التعاون الثنائي وتبادلا الرؤى والتحاليل بشأن التطورات الأخيرة في منطقة الساحل الصحراوي بما فيها قضية الصحراء
ويأتي هذا التصريح في سياق النقاش الدائم حول الإطار القانوني لمشاركة البلدين في المسار السياسي حيث تدعو قرارات الأمم المتحدة الأخيرة وعلى رأسها القرار رقم 2797 الجزائر وموريتانيا إلى المشاركة في المشاورات التي يجريها المبعوث الشخصي للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة
من ناحية أخرى يواصل المغرب التأكيد على أن حل النزاع يستلزم مشاركة جميع الأطراف المعنية مباشرة في حين تشهد المنطقة توترات أمنية متعددة بما في ذلك تقارير عن حوادث على الحدود الموريتانية مع المناطق التي تسيطر عليها جبهة البوليساريو
